FRRA Community Activities Committee Meeting - 01/29/2012

The Recreation Association Community Activities Committee will be having an organizational meeting this Sunday, January 29, at 7pm, at the Fair Ridge Club House.

The purpose of the meeting is to get the committee organized and to start thinking of ideas for a community Spring activity (Yard Sale, scavenger hunt, kids day, etc.).

If you are interested in planning activities for the Fair Ridge Recreation Association communities, come join us.

If you are interested in planning activities for the Fair Ridge Recreation Association communities but can't join us on Sunday, please contact us at fairridgerec@gmail.com.

Note: This is Fair Ridge Recreation Association meeting event and participation is offered to the Fair Ridge townhome communty as well as Linden and Fairmont Condominium communites.

NEW PARKING STICKERS ISSUED - DISPLAY BY 01/20/2012

Please check your mailboxes. The 2012 parking stickers have been mailed to owners and are required to be displayed on all vehicles parked in the Fair Ridge Community by January 20, 2012. Any vehicle parked in a "Permit Only" or "Reserved" space without a valid 2012 permit may be towed at the owners' risk and expense.

If you rent your townhouse and have not received parking stickers in the mail, please contact your landlord and/or the unit owner.

Additional Reminders:
-Stickers are designed to be permanently affixed to the back rear windshield on driver side (In case of convertible, use window closest to left rear of car)
-Simultaneous use of 2011 and 2012 on different vehicles, use of photocopied stickers and any other major violations of parking policy could result in towing, revocation of permits and/or loss of parking privileges

FRCA Board of Directors - Director VACANCY Announcement

The Board of Directors has a vacancy. Any homeowner in good standing who is interested in fulfilling the remainder of the term which expires 10/2013 should complete the Candidate's Biography form and return it to Brian Cramp, Property Manager with Cardinal Management . Candidates who submit forms will be considered for special appointment by the Board of Directors during the next scheduled meeting.
