Recreation

The Fair Ridge Recreation Association (FRRA), is a separate association from the Community Association, and operates and maintains most of the recreational facilities used by the Fair Ridge community, as well as our neighboring Linden and Fairmont Condominium communities.
 
The Fair Ridge Recreation Association maintains a separate website at http://www.fairridgerecreation.org.
 
Outdoor Swimming Pool. The Recreation Association (FRRA) operates an outdoor swimming pool, located on Fair Ridge Drive from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. See FRRA website for additional information.
 
Club House. The Club House is located next to the Swimming Pool and is available for rental by all Fair Ridge residents. See FRRA website for additional information.
 
Children's Playgrounds. Two playgrounds are located within the Fair Ridge community. One is located behind Sleepy Lake Court and is maintained by the FRCA. A second playground is located on Fair Ridge Drive next to the pool, and is maintained by the Fair Ridge Recreation Association.
 
Tennis Court. A tennis court, maintained by FRRA is located within the Fair Ridge community (near Monument Drive) for use by residents of the communities that are members of the Recreation Association. Contact FRRA for access to the Tennis Court and additional information may be found on the FRRA website.
 
Additional public tennis and basketball courts, maintained by Fairfax County, are available at Fair Ridge County Park, which is located just off Meadow Field Drive, past Nicholas Court.
 
Tennis & Clubhouse Parking. Two parking lots, at the clubhouse/swimming pool and at the tennis court (near Monument Drive) are located on FRRA property and are maintained by the Recreation Association. Parking in these two lots are subject to the Recreation Facilities Rules and Regulations and associated FRRA Parking Policy. See FRRA website for additional information.
