2012 PARKING STICKERS REQUIRED

January 20, 2012 was the deadline to display 2012 parking permits, which are required to be displayed on all vehicles parked in the Fair Ridge Community . Any vehicle parked in a "Permit Only" or "Reserved" space without a valid permit may be towed at the owners' risk and expense.

If you rent your townhouse and have not received parking stickers in the mail, please contact your landlord and/or the unit owner.

Additional Reminders:
-Stickers are designed to be permanently affixed to the back rear windshield on driver side (In case of convertible, use window closest to left rear of car)
-Use of photocopied stickers or other actions used to circumvent the allotted number of stickers issued, or other violations of parking policy could result in towing, revocation of permits and/or loss of parking privileges
-If you park in a Fire Lane indicated by a yellow curb and/or Fire Lane sign, your vehicle will be towed.

If your vehicle is towed, call (703) 691-2131 and you will provided with the number to reach the towing service.
